Payment details

Once you have completed this form you will be asked to set up a Direct Debit mandate with GoCardless, a secure online payment system.

Direct Debit is the most common and hassle-free system for our members. The weekly payment goes out every Monday, before the Wednesday when you collect your bag.

We will pack a veg bag for you once you have set up a Direct Debit with GoCardless. You can expect your first bag a week after the payment is set up – we will confirm by email when your membership has started.

Holiday policy

If you don't need a bag, let us know by 5pm on Tuesday of the week before and we will pause your payments for the weeks you take off.

We need to know a week in advance because that's when we order the produce from the farms. We order exactly the right amount so we don't waste any produce.

Please still let us know if you are away even if you miss the deadline, and we will make sure to redistribute your veg.
